“My model” option of the service includes the following:

- Retouching;
- Ready to use image specs;
- Dedicated Account Manager;
- Dedicated Producer;
- Creative briefing call (on-demand);
- Fitting;
- Revisions (view our Revision policy);

"Squareshot model” option of the service including everything in “My model” and:
‍
- 3 free rounds of model casting;
- Contracting and scheduling of models;
- 6 months of usage rights for recognizable images (with paid extension available);

- If you require for your beauty products to be manipulated (squeezed, poured, sprinkled) or used for swatches, please provide multiple samples per product.
- Unless you'd like to include product labels in the images, please remove them before delivering the products.

Outfits
If you choose to provide your own outfits to accompany the beauty products, please make sure that they align with the confirmed models' body characteristics.

All model shoots must include one of two Prior approval options: Remote shoot or In-studio shoot. In other words, you must be present either remotely or in-studio during the model shoot to confirm looks, fit, styling, posing, lighting, angles, and other details that affect the final result.

Model photography projects have a minimum order requirement of 20 images. The client must select the images that will be sent into post-production within 3 business days.

Shipping options
1. Once you have accepted the proposal and confirmed models for the shoot (or submitted “Terms of Conduct & Usage for your own models), you can schedule a drop-off of your product(s) at the Squareshot studio assigned to your project.
2. Alternatively, you can generate a shipping label with the logistics provider of your choice and provide us with the tracking number.

‍Return options
1. Schedule a pick-up from the Squareshot studio;
2. Send us a prepaid return label for your shipment;
3. Choose an option for Squareshot to donate these items.

1. When working with Squareshot models, for every 10 images ordered, the cost of 1 model is included in the price per image. Including additional models without booking necessary quantity of images will incur a $900 fee per model.
2. If you require a usage license above the standard 6 months, you can request a paid extension.
3. If you are unable to provide additional accompanying pieces to complete the outfit, Squareshot can do it for you for an additional fee of $100/outfit.
4. If you haven't selected a model within the initial 3 rounds of castings, additional rounds will come at a $300 fee per round.

Casting
‍For Squareshot contracted-models, 3 casting rounds are included in the price per image. Each round of casting is conducted within 3 business days after the proposal has been accepted.

For each model participating in the shoot, we provide 3 candidates for selection. Any additional casting rounds beyond the initial three will incur an extra fee of $300 per round.

‍Fitting
‍Fittings are usually conducted when working with apparel that needs precise tailoring, such as dresses, suits, etc. Additionally, we may insist on fitting if you have requested for us to complete your outfits.

Fittings take place after the proposal has been signed, casting completed, and items delivered to our studio. In cases when the items do not fit the model, we may recast the model or request (if available) replacement of products if you wish to stick with the model selection.

Please note that each fitting may take up to 3 business days.
